1 NatureRaised Farms Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 cup large chopped romaine lettuce
⅓ cup grape tomatoes
3 strips fully-cooked bacon
2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing
1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt and black pepper, cover and cook for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F. Slice into small cubes.
  2. Thread the chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and bacon on toothpicks and place on a serving plate. Finish with dressing and cheese.
