Ingredients

1 NatureRaised Farms Chicken Breast
½ cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
½ cup sliced grapes
Kosher salt and ground black pepper
1 apple, sliced
¼ cup pecan, halves

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven at 350°F.
  2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and place on a baking pan. Cook for 40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Cool the chicken and shred into pieces.
  3. Combine the chicken yogurt, honey and grapes in a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper. Top the apple slices with the chicken salad mixture and finish with pecans.
