Ingredients

6 NatureRaised Farms(R) Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
1 cup lime juice
2 Tablespoons cayenne pepper sauce
⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
3/4  cup orange marmalade
1/4  cup vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat open-flame grill to medium.
  2. Combine lime juice, cayenne pepper sauce, vinegar, marmalade, oil and garlic. Pour over thighs. Cover, marinate 1 hour in refrigerator, then drain. Discard marinade after draining.
  3. Grill 6 to 8 minutes on each side over medium heat, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
