Butternut Squash & Quinoa Chicken Soup
2 NatureRaised Farms® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
¼ cup diced yellow onion
½ cup quinoa
1 (32 ounce) carton unsalted chicken stock
1 (16 ounce) bag diced butternut squash
- Place all ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
- Shred the chicken in the soup using two forks.
