Ingredients

4 NatureRaised Farms Bone-in Chicken Thighs
¼ cup chopped shallots
8 ounce sliced mushrooms
2 ½ cups sparkling wine, divided
1 tablespoon quick mixing enriched AP flour

Instructions

  1. Sear chicken in a large skillet over high heat with vegetable spray for 10 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and cook the shallots and mushrooms for 5 minutes. Add the chicken back to the skillet and pour 2 cups of wine into the skillet. Reduce heat and cook for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 170°F. Remove the chicken and place on a serving plate.
  2. Stir the flour into the skillet with the remaining wine. Consistently stir until thickening begins to a sauce like consistency.
