Chicken Noodle Soup

1 NatureRaised Farms® Whole Chicken
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced celery
1 (32 ounce) carton unsalted chicken stock
8 ounces angel hair pasta
1 cup frozen green peas


  1. Cook the chicken in a large stock pot filled with water. Cook over medium high heat for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Remove the chicken, let cool and reserve the liquid. Remove meat from the bones and set aside.
  2. Heat a well-oiled sauce pot over high heat and cook the onion, carrot and celery for 5 minutes. Add the stock and simmer for 15 minutes. Strain the liquid from the pot that the chicken was cooked in into the second pot. Bring to a boil. Cook pasta for 8 minutes and stir in peas and chicken. Heat for an additional 2 minutes.
