All you need: 1 NatureRaised Farms Grilled Chicken Breast, pesto spread, red onion, cherry tomatoes and kale all on ciabatta bread.
4 NatureRaised Farms Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts
4 ciabatta rolls, split
¼ cup basil pesto
1 cup baby kale, packed
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup mayonnaise
- Preheat outdoor grill over low heat (325-350°F). Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and place on the grill. Cook until the juices run clear, about 40 minutes with the internal temperature reaching 165°F.
- Toast the rolls on the cut side until lightly toasted.
- Layer the pesto, kale, tomatoes, onions, chicken and mayonnaise between the toasted rolls.
