Chicken Pesto Sandwich

All you need: 1 NatureRaised Farms Grilled Chicken Breast, pesto spread, red onion, cherry tomatoes and kale all on ciabatta bread.


4 NatureRaised Farms® Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts
4 ciabatta rolls, split
¼ cup basil pesto
1 cup baby kale, packed
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup mayonnaise


  1. Preheat outdoor grill over low heat (325-350°F). Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and place on the grill. Cook until the juices run clear, about 40 minutes with the internal temperature reaching 165°F.
  3. Toast the rolls on the cut side until lightly toasted.
  4. Layer the pesto, kale, tomatoes, onions, chicken and mayonnaise between the toasted rolls.
