4 NatureRaised Farms Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
¼ cup coconut oil
1 cup sliced carrots
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup cauliflower florets
3 bell peppers, sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Sear the chicken thighs in a large skillet with the coconut oil. Cook for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 170°F and remove from the skillet. Slice the chicken into thin strips.
  2. Cook the vegetables in the same skillet on high heat for 5-7 minutes. Toss in the chicken and sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
