Strawberry Chicken Salad with Balsamic Glaze

To make this salad, toss together 4 cups of chopped romaine, 3 cups strawberries, 1/4 cup sliced almonds, 1/4 goat cheese, 1/2 red onion. Plate and add sliced chicken breast on top and dress with a balsamic glaze.

4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
½ cup toasted sliced almonds
½ cup crumbled goat cheese
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze


  1. Preheat an oven at 350°F.
  2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and place on a baking pan. Cook for 40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Cool the chicken and cut into strips.
  3. Divide all the ingredients in four bowls and top with chicken.
