Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients include: orange bell pepper, zucchini, teriyaki sauce, and NatureRaised Farms® Thin Sliced Chicken Breast.
2 NatureRaised Farms® Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts, diced
1 zucchini, large dice
1 orange bell pepper, large dice
½ cup teriyaki sauce
- Preheat outdoor grill over low heat (325-350°F). Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken with salt and black pepper. Thread the chicken with zucchini and bell peppers on metal skewers.
- Place the kabobs on the grill, flipping often, cook for 10-15 minutes. Baste the kabobs with the teriyaki sauce and continue cooking for 5 minutes. The vegetables should be tender and the chicken cooked throughout.
