Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients include: orange bell pepper, zucchini, teriyaki sauce, and NatureRaised Farms® Thin Sliced Chicken Breast.


2 NatureRaised Farms® Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts, diced
1 zucchini, large dice
1 orange bell pepper, large dice
½ cup teriyaki sauce


  1. Preheat outdoor grill over low heat (325-350°F). Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and black pepper. Thread the chicken with zucchini and bell peppers on metal skewers.
  3. Place the kabobs on the grill, flipping often, cook for 10-15 minutes. Baste the kabobs with the teriyaki sauce and continue cooking for 5 minutes. The vegetables should be tender and the chicken cooked throughout.
